Christmas has come and gone, and the remnants are messy – torn wrapping paper under the tree, leftovers in the fridge…mostly picked over, and decorations with no looming expectations awaiting. The peace after the chaos. That’s what this photo reminds me of…the peace that comes with the season. Not the material element of Christmas but the spirit which encompasses the season.
