Museum Photography

The peacefulness of walking through a museum is difficult to describe. It is a powerful quiet that seems to overwhelm. While this wasn’t my first choice of stops in DC (the Museum of the Bible), it was a beautiful exhibit. The lighting and artifacts were gorgeous and obviously made for some great photos.

The only rule the museum had was no flash photography, and well, that’s not really my thing in these types of settings. On this day I learned a valuable lesson: never underestimate the power of location.
